It's a tire!

Jack is still not a big fan of writing, drawing, or coloring but lately he's had a fascination with "drawing on the carpet". He makes circles, squares, and what not just tracing with his finger on the carpet. I put his chalkboard easel back up hoping to capitalize on one of these drawing opportunities. Lucky for me, this morning, Jack excitedly called out, "Mama draw circle on carpet!" I led him over to the chalkboard and encouraged him to try it. He drew this and called out, "Daddy, he's drawing a tire! It's a tire!" I could have cried.
