Good luck! We are actively avoiding the big boy pants at the moment (and by we I mean the toddler). Maybe in a few months we'll actually be ready to try again.

What a wonderful day that must have been - we wanted to throw a party when my son got there!

Big, big deal! Congrats and I wish you all much success.

If I may offer my experience, if he's picky about Elmo, buy a lot of packages in both his current size and the size up. My son had to have Wiggles, and we could only find it in one store and they discontinued it after four or five months, but I had my twelve packages at home.

Staying Afloat--that is awesome advice and thank goodness for Jack the incentive is the comfy feel of big boy underwear not Elmo because if it was Elmo....I'd wish I'd heard and heeded your advice a whole lot sooner. I could not find any more Elmo undies so we just stopped commenting on Elmo being on the underwear. Luckily it was still all good...:)
And Jennifer...I checked they don't make them in adult sizes and you know I might be a little scared if they did...LOL
