Medical City Dallas was number 3 after I voted. Please go vote. I know it might seem a little silly but if you've ever watched a kid that's all too familiar with the sights and sounds of hospitals get ready for surgery you would do anything you could to distract them for just a moment or two....Thanks for your time!

I voted and I hope they win! We go to a different hospital in Dallas, but it doesn't sound nearly as cool as yours, lol.

Yeah, we go to Children's. The trains are awesome, but they are no wii ;) They do soothe him though.
We actually took our portable DVD player with us a few times and they even let us take it to surgery holding. Someone was nice enough to donate a bunch of portable DVD players to the hospital so now kids don't have to bring their own when they are about to have surgery. Cool, huh?
Oh that is cool! They have dvd/vhs players in the patient rooms, but in the waiting and procedure rooms they don't. I've been using my ipod to download new episodes of Diego, Dora, Blues and Thomas. But he still likes the Beyonce videos the best, lol.
Love the farm shots Marie. The piggy back ride looks happy ... and the shot of the neighbor's girl is awesome.
