Gripe about the sleep lab

How can you get an accurate study if you won't get the baby hooked up before he goes to sleep and you wake him up in order to get him hooked up? AAARGH! Jack is sleeping. I told them he was having a meltdown and needed to get to sleep and they said 30 minutes ago that the tech who arrived 45 minutes ago would be in ASAP.
